Information about Shipping your Order
Shipping and handling costs are different for each order; it depends on the weight and size of the package and where it’s going! We can and will combine shipping whenever possible to give you the most economical shipping rate! We will be very happy to calculate the total cost for you, all you have to do is ask! If you provide a full shipping address including zip code to a residence or a commercial location, we can nail down a price!
US Postage
If we can fit your entire order into a 4″ x 6″ Padded Envelope. If your order is too large for an envelope, then we can try to fit your order into a small US Priority Flat Rate Mailbox.
FedEx Parcel Shipments
Many of our small items are too large for US mail, so we use FedEx to ship most of our small packages, because they pick up at our warehouse daily. (We do not use UPS or DHL unless you request them).Shipping and handling charges are going to depend on weight and size. We will combine as many items into a box as we can to save you money on shipping.Bear in mind that FedEx will charge extra for oversized packages, like long, skinny ones over 48″. and big items with a length and girth that exceeds 84″. Shipping time by FedEx Ground (going to businesses) or Home Delivery (going to residences) varies from 1 to 5 business days, and this service is not guaranteed.
LTL Freight
Items that are too large or heavy to ship by parcel must ship by LTL Freight (which means “Less Than Truckload”), which for many of our items is really the only way we can ship them to you.

▲ When we ship an order by LTL freight, we normally secure your order to a pallet so that it makes the trip to you safely. Freight shipments are priced by their weight and also the space they occupy. We have good pricing agreements with several reputable carriers so we can choose the best price possible for your specific order.
◄ You will save money on shipping when we can ship to a business with a dock or forklift and avoid the extra charges of a lift-gate service, where your order can be brought down to the ground.
◄ With LTL freight shipments you will always be asked to sign for your package and the chance to inspect your order thoroughly for any incidental damage. They aren’t going to leave it without a signature!
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available through US Postal Service and FedEx, and we are happy to look into the options available, but you must ask up front, and be prepared to pay more, especially for overnight shipping! We are not going to assume you need an expedited shipment unless you tell us! Unfortunately, LTL Freight shipments cannot be expedited, so plan ahead!
International Shipping
We’ll ship anywhere (except Africa and Antarctica). We prefer when possible to ship by US International Mail, but FedEx International is also available, and we do have methods for shipping air freight. Please keep in mind that any duties, custom fees or local taxes are not included in our shipping cost and will be your responsibility!
Arranging For Your Own Shipping
If you would like to use your own account to ship something, we have no problem with that! We understand because we do it when we are somebody’s customer. If you wish to use your UPS account, you will need to arrange for pick-up (they don’t show up here every day), but if you want us to drop it off at the nearest UPS office, we’ll charge you $10 for handling).
We believe we have some competitive freight rates, but if you want to hire your own carrier to pick up an LTL freight shipment, that’s fine as well; we are still going to charge you for palletizing and handling your order, so please keep that in mind!
Picking Up At Our Warehouse/ Local Delivery
Our warehouse is open to the public 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and you are always welcome to come here and pick up your order. In fact we prefer that over any shipping method, because we know you’ll leave here with your order knowing you have total control over getting it home. All we ask is that you bring the appropriate vehicle (don’t bring a Volkswagen to pick up a skirting kit, it doesn’t work!) and bring your own straps to tie it down. We don’t have straps to give you, but we do sell them, just in case you forget to bring them. Here are directions to our location.
We are also able to deliver an order to you if you live within a short driving distance from our warehouse, and if you are willing to pay a delivery charge, of course.
